Perragin's Stuffing
Ingredients:
1 bag seasoned croutons
3 apples (McIntosh work best)
3 celery ribs
1 large or 2 small onions
a couple handfuls of raisins
2 eggs
1 pound browned sage
flavored pork sausage
1.5 sticks butter
Mix everything togeather and add enough hot water (2-3 cups usually) to give it that gooey stuffing consistancy. Bake either in bird or a dish. If in a seperate dish it takes only about 2 hours.
Suggestion by DoW: Use chicken stock, homemade or canned instead of water
