Lenin's Low Income Healthy Chicken Meal
Requires:
1 pack of boneless chicken breast (usually around 3 or 4 bucks at the
supermarket for a pack of 4).
1 Pan (teflon preferred)
1 Cup of water
Toss the chicken right into the pan and heat it up, don't put any water in yet.
Cook both sides for about 2 minutes, and then pour 1/4th of a coup of water into
the pan (helps if the pans lip curves up a little, so it can hold the water),
put a lid on the pan, and let it simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes, adding more
water as necessary.
Put any seasonings you want to on it. Healthy, Cheap, and tastes great
'Course Ramen noodles
are cheaper, but pretty unhealthy.
