March's Green Beans and Tomato
1 pound green beans, trimmed
1 tbl olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 shallot, chopped
2 plum tomatoes, or handful of cherry tomatoes
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp dried basil
salt and pepper
Add green beans to large pot of boiling water, boil beans for 4 mins. Drain
beans.
Saute garlic and shallot in oil. Add tomatoes and sugar, saute another 2 mins.
Add the rest, and saute till heated through.
