Jason's Killer Chili
| Ingredients: |
| 2 lbs ground beef |
| 2 medium onions, diced |
| 2 bell peppers, diced |
| 3 cloves garlic, minced |
| 2 28-oz cans of diced tomatoes ( toss both cans in the blender for 5 seconds. This breaks up the big chunks and makes it thicker.) |
| 1 can beef broth |
| ¾ cup red wine |
| ¼ cup cider vinegar |
| 4 T chili powder (to taste) |
| 2 T Worcestershire |
| 1 T paprika |
| 2 t cayenne pepper |
| 1 t curry powder |
| Salt & pepper to taste |
| Brown beef and onions in stockpot over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat. Add everything else and let it reach a simmer. Let simmer for 30-45 minutes. |
